Great quality again. I'm surprised they're not more expensive to be honest.

Missing Parcel and no-one a available to help
Production was complete 2 days after ordering, was then apparently dispatched to Royal Mail 2 days later. Royal Mail hasn't received it (5 days after dispatch) and i am unable to contact anyone to find out what is happening. I PAID FOR 48HR TRACKED DELIVERY!
There is only an automated online help system with no-one at the end of it actually helping people and I can not find a customer services phone number.

Gift vouchers are a scam!
I received a £50 gift voucher for my birthday to use on this website however when trying to place the order I was informed that using a gift voucher meant that no discounts could apply so instead of me ordering my canvas's for £75 (discounted) and using the voucher against them and paying the difference I would have to clear the discounts and the total then comes to £302.65. This website should not sell gift vouchers, absolutely terrible customer service. I have used this site in the past but based on this most recent experience will not use again.
